Return Policy on Boutique items
We offer store credit for all boutique items with proof of purchase.  Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Flower Subscriptions
We can provide your business, home or your friends home with fresh and seasonal flowers! Subscriptions can be picked up or delivered weekly, monthly or seasonally (4 times a year)!  Simply place your order online or by calling us at … You can select the size, frequency and time frame for your recurring order.

Flower Orders
All flower orders are final. No returns or exchanges.  Once flowers leave our shop premises with customer, Whisper and Brook Flower Co, LLC is no longer responsible for damages due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc.  If you place an order and the recipient rejects the delivery, Whisper and Brook Flower Co, LLC will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.

Claim Non-Delivery
If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24-48 hours for a complete investigation into the matter. Due to weather, flowers will not be delivered if recipient is not available.

In many cases, it is a simple matter that delivery was attempted and no one was available at the home or office to accept delivery and no neighbors or other parties were able to take delivery on the recipient’s behalf. If this is the case, Whisper and Brook Flower Co, LLC reserves the right to attempt redelivery of your order. On the rare occasion that we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

Force Majeure
If Whisper and Brook Flower Co, LLC is not able to perform in entirety its contracted services or projects for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit will be returned in full.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a future scheduled pick-up/delivery flower order, send an email to shop@whisperandbrook.comwith “cancellation/your order # in the subject line and tell us the reason for cancelling in the email.  To be eligible to receive a refund, the cancellation must be placed within 48 hours from the time of purchase. If cancellation is placed after flowers have been delivered, no refund can be issued.

Quality
If a delivery is made and there is any question concerning the quality of flowers, the recipient should contact Whisper and Brook Flower Co, LLC to discuss the matter.  Claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Refunds or replacements will not be made based on improper flower care on the part of the recipient.

Large Orders
Orders $250+ must be placed at least one week in advance but more is recommended if possible.

Flower Care
- Remove packaging
- If flowers came in a bouquet, give stems a fresh cut before placing them into cool water.  
- To keep arrangements extra fresh, refresh water daily.
- Find a lovely spot for your arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from high heat.  
- Every so often, check for flowers that are wilting
- ENJOY the beauty of your arrangement and the detail of each flower.

$15  Ogdensburg, Sussex, Wantage, Franklin, Andover, Freedon, Frankford, Stockholm

Same Day Orders
For same day deliveries, orders must be placed by noon.
